Processing time
Every print is printed to order and signed by the artist. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Please allow 7 or more business days from order to delivery in the UK, and longer for international orders.
Packaging
Prints are shipped flat in protective packaging to keep them in perfect condition.
Delivery rates
- United Kingdom: Standard £4.99, Express £6.99. Free standard UK delivery on orders over £100.
- European Union: £14.99.
- International (including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the UAE): £23.99.
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and import fees
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email, including tracking details where the delivery service provides them.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email us at filipporomano12@hotmail.com and we'll sort it out. For damaged prints, please see our refund policy.
